Relationship Manager Provider, Education & Wellness

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a database of statistics and narratives for tracking progress and efficacy of treatments and chronic disease program outcomes.
  • Improve business retention by engaging & communicating disease awareness, health conferences and wellness initiatives to customers
  • Analyze ailment reports for loss making schemes and offer disease prevention interventions.
  • Develop and manage a new business product that covers the wellness needs of Bancassurance clients to enable them to access services within the wellness ecosystem
  • Support initiative in the wellness loyalty card program
  • Liaise and collaborate with other relevant clinical specialist services within the country, primary healthcare and other stakeholders in the public, non-governmental and private sectors, as well as consumers, in relation to the coordination of care of clients with chronic diseases.
  • Support and coordinate the chronic disease management program model of care.
  • Facilitate healthcare providers’ accreditation and relationship management with internal and external clients and be custodian of providers contracts.
  • Leverage marketing initiatives are being undertaken by Bancassurance retail and corporate teams to drive well-being awareness 
  • Working with the digital team to support online platforms for health products & wellness initiatives.

The Person

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

 

  • Bachelor of science in healthcare related field /Nursing/Clinical Medicine
  • Professional Qualifications: COP will be added advantage

 

Essential Experience to have:

  • 2 years’ experience in Medical Portfolio Retention 
  • 2 years’ experience in Relationship Management 
  • 2 years’ experience in Schemes member education 
  • 2 years’ experience in Healthcare Business Development
  • 2 years’ experience in Scheme performance reports 

 

Desired Experience to have:

 

  • 2-year Chronic disease management programs
  • 2-year Provider Accreditation 
  • 2-year Wellness / Health Talks 
  • 2-year Provider / Scheme visits 
  • 2-year Customer Service 
  • 2-year People Management
