KCB Bank Kenya has injected KShs. 10 million into the Nyanza International Conference, marking a significant step towards economic growth and transformation of the region.
The event themed “Nyanza Rising: Towards Economic Transformation for Socio-Economic Growth and Development” is slated for February 6-8, 2025, at the Ciala Resort and is expected to bring together local and international investors, policymakers, and thought leaders from various sectors.
Speaking ahead of the highly awaited event in Nairobi Friday afternoon, KCB Director of Corporate Banking John Okulo said: “This sponsorship reflects the bank’s commitment to supporting regional development initiatives and fostering partnerships that can drive socio-economic progress.”
The inaugural Nyanza International Investment & Development Conference is scheduled to be hosted by the Nyanza Professionals’ Forum (NPF), in collaboration with Homa Bay, Kisii, Kisumu, Migori, Nyamira, and Siaya county governments, the National Government, the National Government Agencies, and the private sector associations or organizations (PSOs).

The Nyanza Professionals’ Forum (NPF) is an entity established by professionals from the region to foster socio-economic growth and development through escalated private sector investing and sustained public sector support or enabling investments.
