KCB Leadership Centre is situated in the outskirts of Nairobi city, Karen. Set on 57 acres of lushly manicured grounds, and state of the art amenities, the Centre is a single site residential conference and sports facility. We offer a tranquil and serene countryside environment, with less than an hour’s drive from CBD and JKIA international airport.

We provide choice, flexibility and great value for corporate events, workshops, conferences, learning and strategy meetings.

Conference and Banqueting:

The Centre has 20 seminar rooms and break out areas of various sizes including a multi-purpose hall that can sit 400 people in a theatre style set up.

Our seminar rooms set up is customized to ensure maximum utilization of space in accordance to your training requirements.

Our seminar rooms are fitted with state of the art audio visual equipment and have free high speed WiFi connectivity that is accessible to all our guests.

Accommodation Facilities:

The Centre has 116 en-suite rooms tastefully furnished with modern amenities and garden views to meet your expectations.

 All rooms are fitted with high speed WiFi connectivity and DSTV for your entertainment.

Our residential reception is open 24 hours to ensure that you are attended to upon arrival and address any requests you may have.

We have a laundry services available for all residential guests at reasonably priced rates.

Our Wisemen bar, located on the ground floor of the residential building, is open to residents.

Restaurant and Catering:

Our restaurant is a multi-cultural restaurant that offers buffet of continental and local cuisines.

Our menus are tailored to cater for all guests and their dietary needs. We also customize menus for large groups so as to include their preferred food options.

Sports and Recreational Activities:

Take advantage of our spacious outdoor spaces for your sports and recreational activities. The Centre has a fully equipped health club, fitted with steam and sauna facilities. The health club is open to both in house guests and non-residents. You can register to join as a member at our health club.

Our outdoors offers a variety of sports activities which include- swimming pool, football pitch, running track, basketball courts, volleyball pitch and lawn tennis courts. We also have indoor games facilities such as squash and badminton.
