The primary objective of the project is to enhance financial inclusion for nano women entrepreneurs across eight pilot counties in Kenya. This will be accomplished by enabling rapid and smooth access to formal financial services via customized digital financial lending and savings product. It targets women in groups (chamas) and individual women. The strategy involves adopting a holistic approach that prioritizes understanding and accommodating diverse cultural norms and preferences. This will be achieved through extensive awareness campaigns and the delivery of vital financial literacy and business development services supporting the growth in the individual businesses, improving the group governance and operations.
