The Festivities Are Around The Corner And Balling On A Budget Is Where It’s At!

Isss finally December and your boy is here to give ya’ll a few ideas on what to do.

The long wait is finally (almost) over. Hii mwaka imego down to be one for the books. We have spent the year going through a pandemic and you should be so proud of yourself for making it this far despite all the tough times.

Sijui kama niko solo but for a long time the Christmas spirit has been kinda lost. Compared to your childhood, a lot had changed sio? Lakini this Christmas will probs be even less hyped than ever before coz of all that’s going on.

Guys, kuna silver lining na mimi I’m not letting anything dampen my mood. Niko na psyche mob and I’m here to pass it on to you guys. Hii maisha sometimes ni kujibamba and that’s what imma do till we ring in the new year.

  1. Trip down south

You’ll be surprised that planning for a trip to coasto can be cheaper than you think. Sahii is the time kushikana na mbogi and look for a villa instead of a hotel, coz it’s always cheaper. Split accommodation and food costs, panda SGR and have the time of your lives. There’s countless of options if you just look online.

  1. Drive ins

Wacha niwachanue… For you who didn’t know, kunakuwaga na drive-in movies. Those of you in Nairobi, habari ndiyo hiyo. If you’re looking for something new to do, kama unataka kupeleka ngeus on a romantic date, here’s a plan. No need to worry about a crowded cinema hall coz safety first.

  1. Day trip

Wasee, mnajua there are so many gorg places in and near Nairobi that you can drive to and be back before curfew. Think Kiserian, Kajiado, Vasha… Rally thr troops, keep your circle small and safe and head somewhere new for small small enjoyment. Sio kila siku local nani.

  1. Barbeque

Since things are a bit tight why don’t you bring the party to you? Have your famo or a few friends over na mchome nyama and have a good time. Small gatherings are much safer than going out.
