Promotion Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to all existing KCB MOBI Customers including those who register to use KCB MOBI during the Promotion Period.
• To register for KCB MOBI, please visit the nearest KCB Bank Branch.

How to Participate in the Campaign

• For you to participate in the Promotion, you shall be required to enroll into the Simba Points loyalty program on KCB MOBI and register for Simba Points, within the Promotion Period
• To register for Simba Points; dial *522# on your mobile device, select My Account and then select Simba Points or download the KCB App, select the Main Menu, select Simba Points and enroll.
• For you win the reward, you must be the 1st Customer to enroll for the Simba Points every top of the hour from 0800 hours to 1700hours (both hours inclusive) every day during the Promotion Period.
• You can only be rewarded once during the Promotion Period notwithstanding later transactions done during any day of the Promotion period. KCB Bank reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Reward and Notification

• The Entitled Customers for the reward will be notified via SMS and/or any other channel available to KCB Bank within the same day of enrollment.
• The reward can be redeemed as per the SMS directive that shall be sent to you.
• The rewards will be credited directly to the Customer’s Simba Points, on the same day of enrollment.
