Autocross Heads to Kiambu

Log leaders Karamveer Singh Rooprai and Zameer Verjee are looking forward to this Sunday’s KCB Autocross 9 in Kiambu with great expectations. Rooprai and Zameer are going into the Sunday’s race at the backdrop of a convincing win in the 8th round in Gilgil, Nakuru County, and will be looking forward to extend their wins to add to their season points.

“This weekend’s race will be a good one for many reasons. First, we are going back to the Tatu City track after a long time and second there is a very tough competition in our category with the season coming to an end,” Rooprai said of his intend to extend his category lead in the Ruiru race.

The 2WD Non-Turbo Category will see fierce rivalry between Sam Karangatha and Rajveer Tethy, Azaad Manji and Pabhjeet Sagoo in the 2WD Turbo Buggy class with Wayne Fernandes and Gurraj Sigh continuing with the battle for the Quad Bikes class. The end of the 9th round of the KCB National Autocross Championship will mean only round will be remaining before the season closes.
