Field Of 144 To Play In 2019 KCB Karen Masters Pro-Am

A field of 144 players consisting of 108 amateurs and 36 professionals, will today play in the 2019 KCB Karen Masters Pro-Am tournament.

 

 

 

The Pro-Am provides an opportunity for the local amateurs to play alongside the professionals. As well as giving the professionals a chance to get a feel of the course before the main championship tees off tomorrow.

 

Among the professionals who will be playing today include locals Greg Snow, Dismas Indiza, CJ Wangai and Simon Ngige. As well as Lyle Rowe, Daniel van Tonder, JJ Senekal and JC Ritchie.

 

 

The KCB Group Chairman Andrew Kairu, HR Director Paul Russo, KBL Managing Director Jane Karuku and Kenya Open Golf Limited Chairman Peter Kanyago will be some of the amateurs in action today.

 

The Pro-Am will set the stage for the 2019 KCB Karen Masters from the 27th to the 30th of June, where a field of 152 golfers; including four local amateurs, 47 local and regional professionals and 100 Sunshine Tour players, will battle it out for a share of the 2.2 million Rand (Approx. KSHs 15 Million) prize-money and the right to wear the famous Karen Masters blue jacket.
