Nairobi OTB Chess Championship female winner Gwen Jumba and men's category runner-up Martin Githinji will lead the KCB Chess Team in the upcoming Mombasa Chess Open.
The championship is open to all chess players in Kenya including corporates, chess clubs, university and college chess clubs, primary (academies) and high School chess clubs, as well as individual players.
The Mombasa Chess Open Championship is set for the second week of October on 9th-11th at Intercontinental resort.
