KCB Chess Team Ready For League Return

KCB’s and highest-rated lady Joyce Nyaruai says the team has intensified preparations ahead of the Kenya Chess Federation league return later in the month.

Nyaruai, who qualified for the World Chess Olympiad in Chennai, India primed for July, 28th- August 10th, 2022 has been in an imperious form since the beginning of the current season, and her team KCB currently tops the local league’s standings.

“We are ready for the league. As KCB we keep working extra hard to be on the top. The focus is on the local league and the world’s showpiece chess event in India,” Said Nyaruai.
