KCB Fc To Face League Leaders Gor Mahia In Midweek Tie

KCB FC will be seeking to close the gap between league leaders Gor Mahia FC as they battle out against each other on Thursday at Kasarani Main Stadium. KCB currently sit second on the log with 36 points, 5 points less than the 19-time KPL winners.

Over the weekend, KCB suffered a narrow defeat of 2-1 against Kariobangi Sharks at Kasarani Annex.

KCB Head Coach Zedekiah Zico Otieno said, “We had a lot of chances against Sharks, but we failed to capitalize on them, and they came back to haunt us. That’s the nature of the game and we are now shifting our focus to the midweek clash against Gor Mahia hoping to close the gap as we dive deep into the second leg.”
