KCB RFC is set to take part in the upcoming sevens circuit that returns after a two-year hiatus following the Covid-19 pandemic. The bankers will resume action on May 22 in the George Mwangi Kabeberi Memorial Sevens before playing a week later in the Christie sevens. The circuit will have the traditional six rounds starting with the opening two legs of the Kabeberi and Christie Sevens before heading to Kakamega, Mombasa, Kisumu, and Nakuru for the subsequent legs.
KCB who have been outstanding in the Sevens and 15s formats of the game won the 2019 national Sevens circuit, Driftwood, Kakamega, Dala, and Christie Sevens tournaments. The team lost to Kabras over the weekend in the Enterprise Cup finals
