Watu Wa Bora Uhai, Have You Applied For KCB’s Simba Health?

Second half of 2020 and I’m here like ‘Bring it onnn!’.

Like for real tho, tumesurvive the first half and let’s just keep pushing through like we’ve been doing over these past few months. Some things that I’m having excitos over, football is back! Wueh, that was long dry spell and playing Fifa just doesn’t suffice.

At least sasa admin anaeza chapa story za ball na Sospeter na Wafula. Aki if you’re a football fan utaelewa why this is very important……banter, nini nini. Si kila siku COVID.

Anyhu, this second half niko na to-do list. Ni kama naanza new year resolutions zangu tena coz this first half has been a lieeee. Cut back on take out, save more, take care of my mental well being and health in general. Guys, I’ve really fallen off my ‘healthy’ routine and I really want to change that. Assuming December (this may be far-fetched but let a guy dream) we’ll be able to tanga tanga this our Kenya, beach body lazima ikuwe on point. Hii kitambi yangu nimeona inakuja na ubaya. So I’m back to (trying) to be more healthy.

Mwili haijengwi na simiti nani. Ya’ll need to take extra care of yourselves especially now. Visit your mama mboga more often and stock up on those veggies. Healthy eating habits = a healthy immune system. Also, a very serious question? Uko na health insurance?

Yaani these are times when some necessities have become luxuries, deep sigh, but don’t slack on that health insurance. KCB’s Simba Health is one that’s super easy to get, and by that I mean online J Yuup!. No need to visit the bank just go here. With access to a wide range of healthcare providers in the 254 be sure you’ll be safe.

Sisi wakenya tunakuwanga watu wa last minute but prisss don’t put your health on the back burner. Sasa mkiwa wasick nitaandikia nani? That’s all for now. Take care and stay healthy! J
